Watch: Bray beat Waterford 3-1 in a lively friendly at the RSC

Bray Wanderers continued their 100% record in pre-season friendlies with a comfortable 3-1 win over Waterford at the RSC.

Harry Kenny will have expected a much-improved performance from last week's Leinster Senior Cup capitulation at home to St Patrick's Athletic, when they lost 4-0.

Waterford, meanwhile, will have seen it as another opportunity to let their virtually all-new squad gel, and new signings Kenny McEvoy, Garry Comerford and Mark O'Sullivan all started.

The Seagulls took the lead in the first-half through striker Ger Pender, a lead that didn't last the half as Mark O'Sullivan levelled after turning home A Triallist's cross.

Both sides made full use of their benches during the second, and substitute Dylan Connolly gave Bray the lead with a long-range strike before John Sullivan turned home Darragh Noone's cross.

Waterford's next game sees them travel to face Galway United on Wednesday, February 8th, while Bray play Athlone Town in a behind-closed-doors friendly on Sunday, February 12th.
