There is a certain EA Sports Cup focus on this week's show. Joining host Declan Marron and senior reporter Macdara Ferris on the extratime.ie Sportcast episode 139 are two players whose teams progressed to the quarter-final - Dylan McGlade (Bray Wanderers) and James Finnerty (Bohemians).

Dylan McGlade joins us (16.05) to talk about the shoot-out win over Shamrock Rovers and the renewed professionalism at Bray. James Finnerty (34.35) talked about Bohemians’ excellent defensive record and his experience of playing under-23s football in the UK.

We also have audio with the two managers whose teams were knocked out by Bohs and Bray. Dave Donnelly spoke with Cabinteely manager Pat Devlin after his loss sides’ loss in Dalymoutn Park.

Also, amongst the sounds of high fives and kit boxes moving out of the dressing room in the Carlisle Grounds, Macdara Ferris caught up with Shamrock Rovers Head Coach Stephen Bradley.

We also talk about newspaper penalty shoot-out/Brexit vote deadlines (1.20), press box refreshments in Bray (33.06) and the Limerick FC Chairmans’s colourful statement in support of the new FAI Executive Vice President (44.55).
