LIMERICK FC

Sixth placed Limerick FC will be aiming to return to winning ways in the league following a dramatic 4-4 draw against Bray Wanderers on July 9th. The Blues are unbeaten in their last three league games.

Stephen McGann and Jeffery Judge will both miss the game through injury. Pat Purcell is doubtful because of a an ankle injury, while Rory Gaffney should be fit for the game.

Limerick manager Stuart Taylor told the Limerick FC website that he is expecting a tough game at Tolka Park on Friday night “I’d say it’ll probably be the most difficult game we’ve had in the last couple of weeks, without being disrespectful to anyone but I think Shelbourne have got the bit between their teeth and they’re very confident with the run that they’re on at the moment. We need to make sure that we’re organised and that we’ll be up for it, and we will be.”

Referee: Alan Kelly.
