UEFA confirmed this week the expansion of squads for EURO 2024 from 23 to 26 players.

However, while participating countries can bring 26 players, they are not obliged to do so.

Teams must confirm to UEFA a list of a minimum of 23 players and a maximum of 26 by 7 June.

The tournament begins on Friday 14 June when host Germany play Scotland in Munich.

The final is set for Berlin’s Olympiastadion on Sunday 14 July.
