Fans survey launched in Northern Ireland

NORTHERN Ireland football fans are to be consulted about the direction of their national league through an online survey.

The Northern Irish Football League has announced a partnership with the market research company, Millward Brown, who will lead the consultation on the future of Northern Irish domestic football.

The company will work closely with supporters in order to gain views on the preferred re-structure of leagues and competitions of the recently re-branded NIFL.

The online survey is open to all and now available here.

Anyone who is interested in Northern Irish domestic football is encouraged to complete the survey, with a decision expected to be made in April based on the results and feedback.

NI Football League Managing Director, Andrew Johnston said: “The surveys are a very important element of the research that the NI Football League and UEFA are carrying out. 

“We are committed to listening to the views of all of our stakeholders and this is a fantastic opportunity for the fans and the wider public to become involved in what is perhaps the most important piece of research ever carried out on local football in this country.”
