Ryan’s Biography
Ryan played with UCD's U19 side in their 2011/12 season and made his senior debut for the club in a Leinster Senior Cup tie against Firhouse Clover on 15 April 2012. He did not feature in Martin Russells' league side except as an unused substitute and was not included in UCD's first team panel for 2013. He returned to UCD's senior side in 2015 under new manager Collie O'Neill and made his league debut away to Cobh Ramblers on 7 March.
He went on to make 26 league appearances for UCD in 2015 and also played in the 1-0 home win against Dudelange in the Europa League. UCD reached the promotion play-offs that year but were knocked out by Finn Harps. In 2016 Ryan made just 3 league appearances for UCD before leaving the club due to work commitments.
