FULL TIME!

The game has ended between Bray Wanderers and St. Patrick's Ath.

90' + 2'

Bray struggling to apply any sort of pressure here as the visiting fans find their voice.

90'

Akinade goes on a mazy run but his shot is well saved by Clarke. 4 minutes of added time

88'

Substitution

Sean Gannon replaces Killian Brennan for St. Patrick's Ath.

85'

The game has got very scrappy and Pats are beginning to drop deeper and deeper, inviting the pressure on. The visiting fans are rightly getting very anxious as Fagan wastes another clear cut opportunity to finish the game off.

80'

Ten minutes remaining here and it could go either way. Despite dominating possession, Pats have failed to score that second goal and the home side have come into this game with the introduction of Akinade up top.

76'

Substitution

Conor Kenna replaces Kenny Browne for St. Patrick's Ath.

76'

Substitution

Christy Fagan replaces Anthony Flood for St. Patrick's Ath.

73'

Yellow Card

Kevin Knight is booked for Bray Wanderers.

70'

Pats really should have killed this game off by now as Forrester shoots wide from a few yards out on the angle. At the other end, an unmarked Jason Byrne nearly levels but his header is well saved by the scrambling Clarke.

67'

Chris Forrester has been brilliant all evening but he should have done better after being set free by Brennan. He got caught in two minds when he should have gone for goal himself instead of crossing.

66'

Those changes have opened this game up and it's now end to end. Greg Bolger isa given too much room just inside the box but his shot is straight at Quigley.

64'

Out of nothing, Bray should be level. Brennan gives the ball away in midfield before Waters set Akinade clean through but the striker's shot was brilliantly saved by Clarke.

62'

Clarke's long ball finds Forrester down the left but Flood drags his attempt wide from the cross.

60'

In an attempt to change the flow of this game, Pat Devlin has made all three of his changes. And they almost pay immediate dividends as Daire Doyle's volley forces Clarke to make the save.

58'

Substitution

Ismahil Akinade replaces Paul Malone for Bray Wanderers.

58'

Substitution

Daire Doyle replaces Eoin Hyland for Bray Wanderers.

58'

Substitution

Shane O'Neill replaces Gary Dempsey for Bray Wanderers.

56'

Saints searching for the second goal which their play has deserved and quite possibly kill off this game. Bray have offered very little going forward and are lucky to be still in the contest.

55'

Pats come inches from doubling their lead as Anto Flood's deflected shot from 10 yards trickles past Quigley but hits the post.

52'

I mentioned Bray were looking to counter attack and a long ball out from the back finds John Mulroy but his shot is weak.

49'

When the home side get the ball they have no where to go and it's coming straight back at them as Conan Byrne's shot forces Quigley into action.

47'

The second period has started as the first ended with Pats in complete control but Bray are looking dangerous on the break.

46'

Second Half

Bray get us back underway in this second half. No changes on either side.

45' + 1'

Half Time

And referee Paul Tuite blows his half-time whistle with Pats heading into the break 1-0 up. No doubts that they deserve their lead and probably should be further ahead.

44'

We have one minute of added time here.

40'

Set pieces have been causing Bray problems all half and Brennan's free-kick should be headed home by Browne at the back post but the Pats defender fails to hit the target from close range.

38'

Jake Carroll gets caught in possession by Byrne and when Waters seems to be through on goal, O'Brien recovers brilliantly to avert the danger.

33'

Bray have struggled to get at the Pats defence and have largely been restricted to long range efforts. The latest from Kieran Marty Waters was never going to trouble Clarke.

31'

Pats have had plenty of success down the flanks so far and a deep cross from the right finds Forrester but his goalbound effort strikes team-mate Greg Bolger. Meanwhile at the other end, Dean Zambra does well to evade the challenge of O'Brien but can't pull it back across goal.

27'

Pats have just stepped the intensity up in the last ten minutes or so and could have doubled their lead but Browne's header was well blocked on the line. There were appeals for a penalty but it didn't seem to strike the arm of the Bray defender.

25'

The possession has finally told as Kenny Browne's brilliant ball from defence finds Forrester in acres of space on the left and he lobs Quigley from a relatively tight angle. Brilliant finish from the midfielder.

25'

GOAL!

Chris Forrester scores for St. Patrick's Ath.

21'

Yellow Card

Paul Malone is booked for Bray Wanderers after a firm challenge on Chris Forrester.

20'

First time either goalkeeper has been called into action as Killian Brennan's free kick is well saved by Quigley before Ger O'Brien's stinging effort is deflected behind for a corner.

17'

Liam Buckley has opted for Anto Flood in the lone striker role this evening ahead of Christy Fagan but he's struggled to make an impact up their on his own thus far.

16'

Again Dempsey links well with Byrne but the veteran's shot from 30 yards is high and wide. Sums up this game so far.

13'

Pats on top here but not really doing anything with the ball. Bray making it difficult for them with a compact five man midfield.

8'

Big appeals for a penalty by the home fans as John Mulroy goes down under the challenge of Jake Carroll in the box after Dempsey and Byrne combined well but the referee waves away the claims.

6'

It's the visitors who have started the game on the front foot and some nice passing down the left sets Brennan free but his low cross is easily cut out by Webster.

4'

An early Killian Brennan corner causes some trouble in the Bray box but as the ball makes its way across goal, referee Paul Tuite blows for a foul.

2'

Scrappy start from both sides as neither can keep hold of possession in the early exchanges.

1'

GAME ON!

The visitors get us underway in their changed kit of light blue shirts and navy shorts, playing from left to right as I look.

0'

The sun is disappearing behind the stand on the far side of the ground as the floodlights begin to take full effect. Referee Paul Tuite leads both sets of players from the dressing rooms and we're nearly set for kick-off.

0'

The ground is filling up nicely as we approach kick-off here. I'm @RyanBailey37 by the way and if you want to get in touch with your thoughts or predictions feel free to do so!

0'

Both line-ups are now up and Pat Devlin has made a number of changes from last week's defeat to Derry. Goalkeeper Darren Quigley returns after his suspension but Adam Mitchell and Kevin O'Connor have failed to recover from knee and hamstring injuries respectively. Meanwhile, Liam Buckley keeps faith with Brendan Clarke between the posts as Conor Kenna and Christy Fagan drop to the bench.

0'

Hello and welcome to a sunny if rather chilly Carlisle Grounds for this evening's Premier Division clash between Bray Wanderers and St. Patrick's Athletic. We're still half an hour away from kick off here as both sides emerge from the dressing rooms for their pre-game warm-ups.
