FULL TIME!

And there we have it, full-time. A draw is definitely a fair result.

93'
John Russell plays in a great ball for Eoin Doyle but he slips it just wide.

90'
Whatever I said about the teams running out of time, ignore it. We'll have 5 minutes of added time.

88'
Stephen Bradley and Ian Daly are working well together for Pats. Both are just after being involved in a chance for Pats, which Daly smacked off Gavin Peers. Both teams are running out of time here.

86'

Yellow Card

Jason McGuinness picks up Sligo's first booking of the game.

83'
Pats are dangerous on the counter-attack and Dave Mulcahy flies forward but Jason McGuinness just sticks his long leg out to catch the ball.

80'

Yellow Card

Frustration is getting the better of everyone here and Danny North gets himself booked for pulling down John Russell.

79'
Pats have everyone back defending but Ian Daly. Shane McFaul has done a great job of keeping Joseph Ndo reasonably quiet all game.

77'

Substitution

John Russell comes on in place of Alan Kirby.

76'

Substitution

Daryl Kavanagh is replaced by Ian Daly.

74'
Fantastic cross by Alan Keane is caught brilliantly by Gary Rogers. This game has all the makings of a scoreless draw.

72'

Substitution

Anto Murphy is replaced by David McMillan.

71'
This is not looking good for Daryl Kavanagh, He is just after getting treatment and is hobbling away.

69'

Substitution

St Pats bring on Brian Shortall in place of Conor Kenna.

68'
Danny North is hobbling about. He indicates to Pete Mahon that he's ok to carry on but his ankle appears to be niggling him.

66'
John Dillon is making things happen since his introduction. He is doing excellent at spotting a Sligo player in plenty of space.

63'
Things are finally livening up. Alan Kirby shoots just wide with a fantastic swinging effort.

61'

Yellow Card

Stephen Bradley gets himself booked after losing the cool at Conor Powell after they both went down together.

59'

Substitution

And John Dillon is brought on in place of Raffaele Cretaro.

58'

Substitution

Conor Powell is brought on in place of Matthew Blinkhorn.

55'
Danny North is being a bit theatrical. That's twice he's gone down reasonably easy and straight away protested to the ref, even looking over a Pete Mahon at one stage. Mahon responded with a shrug of the shoulders.

53'
I would hate to be on the receiving end of those evils from Pete Mahon. He was just staring Shane McFaul out of it when he got booked.

52'

Yellow Card

Shane McFaul picks up a silly yellow card for pulling the jersey of Joseph Ndo.

50'
The Pats defence are showing great awareness here. Anything a Sligo ball gets hear the box there's someone there to block it, whether it's with their back, knee, whatever really.

46'

Second Half

And Sligo Rovers get the second half up and running.

45'

Half Time

And the referee blows his whistle for half-time here.

45'
We'll have two minutes of added time here.

45'
As I've said before, Danny North is doing all kinds of damage here. Anto Murphy took the ball down and passed forward to North who gets himself in a fantastic position but can only shoot wide.

44'
For such a short man, Raffaele Cretaro has some jump on him. He springs up to get a head on to a ball from Matthew Blinkhorn and floors Ian Bermingham in the process.

40'
Panic in the Pats box. Raffaele Cretaro and Matthew Blinkhorn get the ball around and the Pats defenders can't deal with it. Nlinkhorn can't get enough on it to threaten Gary Rogers.

36'
Pats calling for a handball against Eoin Doyle (it looked it too) but the linesman never spotted it. Aaron Greene flies down the left but puts too much on his cross and it goes behind Rogers' goals.

34'
Saints fans are in full voice making sure that they're being heard, which they certainly are.

32'
Jason McGuinness makes a fantastic tackle in the Sligo box to stop Daryl Kavanagh getting anywhere. Kavanagh and Daniel North get forward after the latter dispossessed Gavin Peers.

28'
There's an on-going battle between Aaron Greene and Daryl Kavanagh. Kavanagh gets himself a free after Greene takes him down. Stephen Bradley sends the free well wide.

27'
Danny North is causing all sorts of problems for Rovers here. Himself and Dave Mulcahy work together and get past any defenders. But North fires over the bar with his long range effort.

26'
This is end to end stuff here. Danny North takes the ball off Richie Ryan and runs forward. His effort is wide of Brendan Clarke's goal

24'
I thought Rory Delap was here for a minute. Derek Pender fires a throw in to the Sligo box but it only makes it as far as Jason McGuinness. Sligo surge forward immediately and Eoin Doyle is on his own against Derek Pender who makes a fantastic block with his body.

21'
Great chance for Sligo. Alan Kirby is released down the left by Joseph Ndo. Kirby plays the ball through but Gary Rogers gets there in the nick of time to prevent Matthew Blinkhorn getting anything on to it.

15'
Pats are playing some fantastic balls in midfield, allowing them to get forward. You would not think some of these boys played a game two days ago.

12'
This is really s midfield battle more than anything else. Neither side are able to get too far forward.

9'
A lovely bit of passing between Daryl Kavanagh and Shane McFaul allows Pats to move forward but Aaron Greene takes the ball before it can get to Danny North.

7'
Daryl Kavanagh gets a stern talking to from referee Damien Hancock after he takes down Jason McGuinness needlessly.

4'
Delightful stuff to watch. Joseph Ndo, with some ballerina-esque moves, tricks his way around Shane McFaul and Dave Mulcahy but he move comes to nothing.

1'
Sligo get the fisrt chance of the game. Shane McFaul gives away a free kick hich Sligo take quickly. Richie Ryan passes to Alan Kirby, who slots the ball to Matthew Blinkhorn but he shoots wide.

1'

GAME ON!

And The Saints get us started.

0'
Ok the teams are out, we'll have kick-off very shortly.

0'
Sligo Rovers have not conceded a goal, or lost a game, since they last met The Saints in the league.

0'
There's a nice crowd building here and a great buzz around already. Both teams have just finished their warm-ups.

0'
I'd like to point out that The Showgrounds is looking fantastic thanks to all the volunteers putting in the effort so that their Europa League game can be played here.

0'
Ok so the last time these sides met in the league, it was a very tight encounter with St Pats taking the victory after a last minute cracker from Danny North.

0'
Pete Mahon makes several changes to his side after they overcame Shakhter Karagandy in the Europa League. Conor Kenna starts for the first time since April. Shane Guthrie and Dave Mulcahy also start. Evan McMillan is left out altogether while Ian Daly drops to the bench along with Derek Doyle.

0'
Paul Cook makes no changes to the side that hammered Galway United last weekend.

0'
Hi there everyone and welcome to The Showgrounds. My name is Jessica Farry and I'll be keeping you up to date with everything that happens here this evening. The teams will be with you very soon.
