Chris is a New Jersey native who played for Kansas City Wizards in the US Major League in 2007, as well as for the US U-23 National team. He spent the 2008 season with Bohemians, finishing with an A-Championship runner up medal.

He signed for Sporting Fingal on a short term contract in the summer of 2008, spending the next season and a half at Morton Stadium.

In 2010 Chris signed for Waterford United and began the season as first choice keeper for the Blues. But he lost his place after a sending off in the Cup against Longford Town and spent the remainder of the season on the substitutes bench, unable to dislodge Kevin Burns.

After the 2010 season, Chris spent time on loan at Jagiellonia Bialystok, the top team in the Polish Premier League.
