Live Updates for Bohemians -v- Limerick

Updates by

90' + 4'

FULL TIME!

The game has ended between Bohemians and Limerick FC.

90' + 3'

Another miraculous save from the legs of Ryan. Moore's low cross was volleyed by Pender, but like he has all evening, Ryan is up for the task. Mulcahy blazes the rebound over.

90' + 2'

Bohs boss Aaron Callaghan has been SENT OFF. He had some words for the ref and he's now standing on the opposite side of the barrier

90'

Great result for Limerick, they were well worth their win, but Bohs could nad should have got something with all their pressure late on.

90'

Four minutes added time here

89'

What a svae by Barry Ryan.... A long ball, followed by numerous headers and then a Scully leap about 8 yards out, but its miraculously saved by Ryan low at his right hand post.

88'

Scully contorls a long ball on his chest and turns, but his shot from 25 yards is wide and over - there were better options to his right and left.

84'

Speculative effort from Williams from 30 plus yards sails well well wide ..... It would have been nice

82'

Scramble from a Galbraith free kick, but Axel B cant get it out of his feet quick enough and the danger is averted...

80'

Pulsating last ten minutes as the game has really opened up. Bohs doijng a lot of pressing but leaving themselves very open on the break.

75'

Yellow Card

Michael Barker is booked for Bohemians.

75'

Numerous goalmouth scrambles here from corners with Scully causing problems in the air since he was introduced. This time his goalbound header is blocked by his own man.

74'

Chance for Bohs, as the long ball from Lopes is misjudeged by the Limerick defence, Devaney pnced and his cross come shot was well saved by the legs of Ryan.

70'

Yellow Card

Shaun Kelly is booked for Limerick FC.

69'

Substitution

Dave Scully replaces Shane murray for Bohemians. Bohs now have three strikers on the pitch

68'

As Darren Ferguson and Co leave, firstly David O'Leary and then Axel B go close, the latter sees his shot from a tight angle hit the side netting.

64'

Substitution

Kevin Devaney replaces Zein Albehadlie for Bohemians.

64'

Axel B scores to give Limerick the lead. Everybody in the press box missed it, but I caught Galbraith's pass to find Bossekota who shot low into the bottom right hand corner.

64'

GOAL!

Axel Bossekota scores for Limerick FC.

63'

Substitution

David O'Leary replaces Stephen Bradley for Limerick FC.

62'

Good counter attack from the home side with Murphy, Murray, Buckley all involved. Ball finds its way to Moore who cuts inside onto his weaker right foot but his shot is off target.

57'

To use the name of a famous US plastic surgery drama, it's been quite Nip and Tuck here in the second half. Both teams look capable of scoring with a lot of space opening up, but neither have come close this half.

55'

Yellow Card

Axel Bossekota is booked for Limerick FC.

51'

Substitution

Shane Costelloe replaces Shane Tracy for Limerick FC.

51'

Substitution

Dave Mulcahy replaces Darragh Reynor for Bohemians.

50'

Great effort from Danny Galbraith as he ghosts past Michael Barker before his shot is tipped over by Delany.

49'

1,147 is the official attendance here tonight.

47'

No changes at the break - Limerick play from left to right. Lets all pray for goals #PRAYFORGOALS

46'

Second Half

The second half between Bohemians and Limerick FC has started.

45'

Great half time entertainment from a group of dancers, hopefully the second 45 will be as exciting....

45'

Half Time

It is half-time between Bohemians and Limerick FC.

45'

Bohs force a corner on the break after Ryan is dragged out of his goal .Buckley tries to catch the Limerick defence unawares with a quick corner and it nearly works only for Reynor to be adjudged to have fouled.

43'

Another great chance for Limerick, Axel B is played through by the impressive Rainsford, his low shot is saved well by the legs of Delany.

41'

Craig Curran tried an audacious spinning volley from distance which is saved comfortably by Delany. Bohs break but Moore's final ball is poor. Limerick then break but Axel B cant make the most of the through ball. End to End......

39'

Chance for Bohs, good work by Moore up the right again, he turns back in and finds Pender who sbeats a man before seeing his long range effort well saved by Barry Ryan.

32'

Another effort from Rainsford, this one was close. Bohs fail to clear and after a bout of head tennis the ball lands with Rainsford just outside the area, his low volley is just wide of Delany's right hand post

30'

Galbraith's cross hits the side netting. Up the other end Moore plays in Murphy who shoots tamely when he should have squared it. Still 0-0

24'

JERSEY SUBSTITUTION: Finally someone cops that there are 2 number 22's for Bohs and a change is made!

22'

Bohs have looked vulnerable at the back when tested, if Limerick can start creating more they could score a few.

21'

Good pressure from the home side as Moore, who has been excellent so far, weaves in and out up the right before feeding Albehadlie whose cross is met by Buckley - he plays in Pender whose shot is blocked and the rebound finds Murray whose shot come cross is cleared from danger.

17'

Axel B has been pushed onto the left to test new right back Albehadlie, the new man has had his hands full so far with most of the Limerick play going up that side.

16'

Couple of half chances for Darragh Rainsford, but nothing major to test Delany. It's a very young Bohs team without the usual experience of Dave Mulcahy or Owen Heary, both of whom are on the bench tonight.

13'

First half chance for Bohs. Great ground made up the right by Karl Moore, his backheel finds Shane Murray whose cross is headed off target by new signing Conot Murphy

8'

Limerick with an excellent chance. Cross from the right is misjudged by Albehadlie at the far post and the ball lands at the feat of Axel Bossekota who feeds Shane Tracy, his shot is very well saved by the outstretched Dean Delany before it's cleared to safety.

4'

Limerick have had the majority of the early exchanges. No real chances to report as of yet, but the Bohs crowd are up for this, as are the Limerick fans behind the goal who have not stopped singing since they arrived at 7.15.

3'

Both Michael Barker and Zein Albehadlie are wearing 22 for Bohs, bizarre and confusing at the same time

1'

GAME ON!

The game between Bohemians and Limerick FC has kicked off.

0'

Michael D making his way to his seat, Bohs will wear white tonight. It's all happening!

0'

Don't set off fireworks is the message from the PA. I wasn't on planning to but if there are more then 6 goals here I may just have to.

0'

I'm Hugh Gallagher by the way, to get in contact with me, fire a tweet in the direction of @hughgallysport, whether it be about the game or 70's rock music we'll discuss it over here. With perfect conditions we can expect goals tonight, I've said this before, but I promise I mean it this time.

0'

Limerick make three changes from the side that lost to Sligo in the EA Sports Cup on Monday night, Darragh Rainsford, Craig Curran and Joe Gamble replace Brian O'Callaghan, David O'Leary and Rory Gaffney. They will be looking on their excellent 2-1 win over Dundalk in the league last week.

0'

Bohs will be disappointed to have lost both games against Derry last week, but will take solace from the manner of their performances against the Candystripes. Darragh Reynor makes his first league start for the Gypsies, while Zein Albehadlie makes his first competitive start after coming off the bench on Tuesday night. Conor Murphy, who signed from St. Pats on Tuesday, will make his debut as the lone striker up front.

0'

Hello and welcome to Costa Del Dalymount Park, tonight sees Bohs desperately searching for their first league win in over two months when they entertain Limerick F.C.

A star studded crowd making their way into to see this game, and as I people watch I see the likes of Darren Ferguson, Barry Fry and Michael D.Higgins
