Long confirmed for Blues stay

Waterford United have confirmed that Seamus Long has re-signed for the club for the 2013 Division 1 season.
Long, 27, has been training with the team during their pre-season preparation and has now put pen to paper on a contract for the season.
The defender, who is equally comfortable in midfield, joined the Blues in 2009 from Douglas Hall after spells with Shamrock Rovers and UCD.
The news will further strengthen a Waterford United side who will look to go one better this season after losing to Dundalk in last season Promotion Play-off match at the end of the season.
