Cabinteely announce sponsorship deal with Friends First insurance brokers

Cabinteely FC have announced that the life assurance broker Friends First will be their sponsor for the current season.

The deal will put the Friends First logo on the sleeve of the club’s jersey as well as advertising hoardings at Stradbrook, Cabinteely’s south Dublin ground.

“Sponsorship plays a huge part in running any League of Ireland club,” says Cabinteely chairman Larry Bass. “We welcome any sponsors, especially from the local area. We are delighted to have Friends First on board.”

Tim Browne, the Friends First CEO, highlighted the importance of a company giving back to the community. The Friends First headquarters is located in Loughlinstown, just a few miles from Stradbrook.

“As a leading business in the area, we are very excited to be involved with Cabinteely FC as they enter this historic new chapter in their history,” he said. “Supporting an enthusiastic and developing local club is central to our community ethos and we wish players, supporters and everyone involved the very best for the challenge ahead.”

Cabinteely are in just their second season as a League of Ireland club and they are currently lying in sixth place in the First Division table.
