Peter’s Biography

Peter played with Carrick United before joining Kilkenny City in 2005. In February of 2006 Peter moved on to Limerick FC but he didn't make the first team until 2007 when he made 15 league appearances. Peter spent one more year at Limerick, in 2008, making a further 23 league appearances and scoring his first league goal for the club. He then signed for Mick Wallace at Wexford Youths at the beginning of 2009.

Peter added 28 league appearances to his career tally during his one year at Ferrycarrig Park and the following season he returned to Limerick FC, signing for manager Pat Scully on 4 January 2010. He made 29 league appearances in his first year at Jackman Park but started only 6 league games in 2011, adding 10 more appearances as a substitute, and in January 2012 he signed for Paul O'Brien at Waterford United.

Peter made twenty-three league appearances in his first season at the RSC, scoring five goals in the process, as Waterford finished second and qualified for the promotion play-offs. He scored in the first leg as Waterford beat Longford Town 3-1 on aggregate in the semi-final. Unfortunately, the Blues couldn't overcome Dundalk in the final and lost 4-2 on aggregate.

He re-signed at Waterford for the 2013 season and played 19 times in the league, scoring one goal in a 4-0 win over Wexford Youths, as the Blues finished fourth, just missing out on the play-offs. In 2014 Peter started the first three league games but then suffered an injury that ruled him out for the season and in December 2014 Peter moved to First Division rivals Cobh Ramblers.

However, injury prevented Peter from making an appearance for his new side and he left the club in July 2015.
