Conor is yet another player to have come through the underage production line at Cobh Ramblers. He made the breakthrough to the senior panel in 2004 and scored twice in three games at the tail end of that season. He went on to be part of the side that won the 2007 First Division title and remained with the club until they were forced out of league football at the end of 2008.

Conor played with the Blarney United side that reached the third round of the 2009 FAI Cup, losing 2-0 to Sporting Fingal at O'Shea Park.

Conor then spent two seasons back with Cobh Ramblers in 2010 and 2011 before joining Avondale United's Munster Senior Cup winning side in 2011/12.

In January 2013 Conor re-signed for Cobh Ramblers following the club's readmission to the League after a four year absence and scored twice on the opening weekend of the season when Cobh beat Wexford 5-0. Conor went on to score 14 league and cup goals before signing for Waterford United on 1 July 2013. He made his debut for the Blues in a scoreless draw with Mervue United on 12 July 2013 and went on to score five league goals over the latter half of the season. But Conor left Waterford in the summer of 2014 having made a total of 19 league appearances i his twelve months with the club.

In 2014/15 Conor lined out with MSL side Cobh Wanderers.
