Alan’s Biography

Alan O'Flynn spent 2010 and 2011 as a part of Cobh Ramblers' A Championship side. He was also young enough to be with their U19s when that league replaced the A Championship in 2012 but he had to leave the club in the summer of 2012 as he was overage for the following season, joining Munster Senior League side Midleton.

However, in January 2013 Alan re-signed for Cobh Ramblers shortly after it was confirmed that the Cork club would be returning to league football after four seasons in the wilderness. Alan's LoI debut came on the opening weekend of the 2013 season when he scored in Cobh's 5-0 win over Wexford Youths at St Colman's Park. He went on to make 21 league appearances as the Rams finished second bottom of the First Division. In 2014 Alan played in 23 of the Rams' twenty-right league matches, scoring once. He made a further 4 league appearances at the start of 2015 but had to leave Cobh on 4 April due to work commitments.

Then in August 2015 he reemerged with Cobh Wanderers and took on Sligo Rovers in the FAI Cup.
