David’s Biography
David was part of Bray Wanderers underage and A Championship sides of 2008 and 2009. He also made 12 first team appearances in 2009, adding 5 more league appearances in the early months of 2010 before leaving Bray In the summer of 2010 to return to LSL side Arklow Town.
David subsequently played for Wayside Celtic, also in the LSL, before signing for Tony Cousins at Longford Town in January 2013. He made his Longford debut in an EA Cup win over Athlone Town on 11 March 2013 and went on to record 17 league appearances in a season that saw Longford narrowly miss out on promotion with defeat to Bray Wanderers in the end-of-season play-offs.
