Kenny’s Biography
Kenny is a left sided defender joined Mervue United from local club Renmore in 2008. He made 15 appearances for Mervue United in the club's debut League of Ireland season of 2009 and made his own league debut in Mervue's first ever league game, a 1-0 defeat to Athlone Town on 6th March 2009.
He also made a further 15 appearances in 2010 but suffered a cruciate ligament injury in a summer friendly against Port Vale and missed the remainder of the season. He resumed playing duties for Mervue in June 2011.
