Noel’s Biography
Noel started his career at playing under Damien Richardson at Shamrock Rovers in 2001 and made 25 league appearances in his two seasons with the Hoops. He scored 14 goals in all competitions for the club, and moved to Scotland in January 2003, signing for Dunfermline Athletic.
He spent three years at Dunfermline and subsequently had a successful period at Dundee United before joining Reading in July 2008.
Noel made his senior international debut for the Republic of Ireland against Poland in November 2008.
On May 31, 2018, Hunt returned to his hometown club Waterford as player/assistant manager.
