Patrik’s Biography
Patrik was playing for Czech side Bohemians 1905 on loan from Sparta Prague when he was included in the Czech Republic's preliminary squad for the 2016 European Championship. However, he wasn't included in the final twenty-three.
He then signed for Sampdoria in 2016 and, one year later, for Roma in 2017. He then had a loan spell at RB Leipzig and in 2020 he left Italy to join Bayer Leverkusen in 2020.
In May 2021 he was included in the Czech squad for the covid-delayed Euro 2020 tournament which was played in the Summer of 2021.
