Keith played for Dundalk's U19 squad for the 2015 and 2016 seasons and made his league debut away to St Patrick's Athletic on 25 October 2016. He was included in Stephen Kenny's senior panel for 2017 but made no further league appearances for the Lilywhites, signing for Bohemians in July of that year.
Keith made just 1 league appearance for Bohemians, as a late substitute against Limerick at Market's Field on 19 August 2017 and he left Dalymount Park to join Pat Devlin's Cabinteely for the 2018 season.
