Brandon’s Biography

Brandon, who hails from Tallaght in west Dublin, spent four years on the books of English Premier Division side Newcastle United before returning home at the end of the 2013/14 season. After a short spell at Leinster Senior League side, Bluebell United, Brandon signed for Pat Fenlon at Shamrock Rovers a few days before Christmas 2014.

In 2015 Brandon had a break-through season for the Tallaght club, scoring on his league debut against Galway United on 3 April. He went on to score eleven goals in 28 league games as Shamrock Rovers finished third in the Premier Division. He also played in all four of the club's Europa League matches as Rovers went out to Norwegian side Odds. At the end of the season, he was voted the PFAI Young Player of the Year.

In 2016 Brandon remained a key part of the Shamrock Rovers midfield. He scored nine times in 30 league appearances and played in both of the Hoops' Europa League matches, against Finnish side RoPS. Brandon re-signed with Stephen Bradley's Shamrock Rovers for the 2018 season.

In December 2018, Brandon signed a two year deal with St Patrick's Athletic.
