Vanessa’s Biography

Born in Nigeria, Vanessa came to Ireland when she was six-years-old and played underage football with her local side, Tramore, in Co Waterford.

While studying in UCC Vanessa played for Cork City WFC and then moved to the USA to play University football in Michigan in 2014. An ACL injury derailed her career before joining Wexford Youths in 2019 she spent three seasons with the Youths but the 2021 season was ruined for Vanessa because of illnessand she didn't play competitive football in 2022.

In 2023 she returned to the national league when she signed for Graham Kelly at DLR Waves.
