Andrej ’s Biography
Andrej started his career at Dinamo Zagreb and after two and a half years with them he was loaned out to Lokomotiva Zagreb, an arrangement which lasted for eighteen months.
In 2013 he moved on to HNK Rijeka where he played for two years before making the move to England where he signed for Leicester City. After a year at Leicester he was loaned out to Bundesliga side Hoffenheim.
He was playing for 1899 Hoffenhiem on loan from Leicester City when he was included in Croatia's squad for the 2016 European Championship and he signed permanently with them in May 2016.
Andrej made his senior international debut for Croatia against Cyprus in September 2014.
