Ryan’s Biography
Ryan Came through the youth academy at Athlone Town and made his first senior appearance in the summer friendly against QPR at Lisseywoolen on 5 August 2014. He played for the u19's for the 2013/14 and 2014/15 seasons as well as turning out for the seniors in another summer friendly in July 2015 against Falkirk.
Ryan finally broke into the first team when he was called up to the senior squad in June 2016. He made his league debut against Cobh Ramblers at Lisseywoolen on 24 June 2016 and finished the season with 11 league appearances and one league goal, scored in a 1-1 draw with UCD in late September.
Ryan played with Athlone through the 2017 season and into 2018 but left the club in June of that year.
