Richie’s Biography
Richie is a left footed midfield player who signed for Shamrock Rovers U19s from St. Kevin’s Boys ahead of the 2013/14 season. Richie continued at Rovers before signing on loan with Cabinteely FC in July 2015 where he made his league debut on 25 July in a 2-1 defeat to Cobh Ramblers at St Colman's Park. He went on to make 10 league appearances that year before returning to Shamrock Rovers at the end of the season.
Richie remained with Shamrock Rovers' U19 squad for the 2016 season and appeared on the bench numerous times for the senior squad before going out on loan to Drogheda United for the rest of the season in July 2016. His first appearance for the Drogs was against his former Cabinteely team mates on 29 July 2016 and he made 10 league appearances before signing a permanent deal before the start of the 2017 season. In January 2018, Richie re-signed with Drogheda.
In December 2018, Richie signed with Bray from Drogheda United.
