Colm’s Biography

Colm played with Dublin side Stella Maris before joining UCD's U19 squad for their 2012/2013 season and he was named in Martin Russell's senior squad for the 2013 season. His senior debut for the Students came in a Leinster Senior Cup game against Bohemians at Dalymount Park on 24 February 2013 and his league bow came three months later when he played in UCD's 4-2 win over Derry City at the Brandywell on 10 May. Colm made 3 league appearances during his debut season but in 2014, under new boss Aaron Callaghan, he became a regular face in UCD's starting XI. He made 22 league appearances (16 starts) in a year that saw the Belfield club relegated from the Premier Division after a play-off defeat to Galway FC.

Shortly before Christmas 2014 Colm joined Shelbourne, becoming new manager Kevin Doherty's first signing. He went on to make fourteen league appearances during the 2015 season as Shelbourne finished fourth in the First Division. He left the club at the end of the season.
