David ’s Biography
David came through the underage ranks at Athlone Town and made his senior debut for the club in an EA Cup game against Drogheda United on 26 March 2012. He was included in Roddy Collins' senior team for the 2013 season and came off the bench twice in the league as Athlone went on to win the First Division title.
David re-signed with Athlone Town for the 2014 Premier Division season under new manager Mick Cooke but he left the club in July 2014 without having made an appearance during the 2014 season. He ended up moving to St. Peters of Athlone for the 2015/16 season before returning to Athlone Town in July 2016. He first reappeared against Cabinteely on 1 July 2016 and played every minute of the club's remaining 14 First Division matches
In December 2020, David signed for Athlone for 2021.
