Dean’s Biography
Dean played with Shamrock Rovers from the age of 12, earning his senior debut on 8th March 2007 when he lined out against Drogheda United in a League Cup tie. Six days later Dean made his league bow against Derry City.
Dean made a total of 16 appearances for the Hoops over the 2007 season but for 2008 he was loaned out to Shelbourne where he made 5 appearances throughout the season.
In May 2009 Dean signed for Joey Somerville at struggling Kildare County. He made 19 league and cup appearances in a traumatic season for the Thoroughbreds that proved to be their last, the club folding on the final night of the season.
In 2010/11 he played for Sacred Heart FC in their run to the third round of the 2011 FAI Cup. He later played for Bluebell United during the 2015/16 season.
