90'

Polished performance from Dundalk to put half a dozen strikes past an unfortunte Bohs debutant in the form of Mick Kelly who spared his side's blushes on several occasions. I've been Tom O'Connor, Niall Newberry's excellent report will be online soon but from me it's oíche mhaith and thanks for joining us.

FULL TIME!

The game has ended between Dundalk and Bohemians.

89'

The game is just petering out here and we've seen a wonderful Dundalk display

82'

OFF THE LINE!

Great towering header by Georgie Kelly is cleared off the line.

OFFSIDE

Another header from Kelly, this time the net is breached but the flag is up.

78'

SUPERB STOP!

Mick Kelly denies Georgie Kelly and snaffles on the rebound.

75'

Substitution

Georgie Kelly replaces Patrick Hoban for Dundalk.

72'

Jamie McGrath hared down the wing and his left sided cross found Daniel Kelly in acres of space. No mistake from the ex Bohs winger.

71'

GOAL!

Daniel Kelly scores for Dundalk.

67'

Great save from Mick Kelly down to his right stops Patrick Hoban netting his fifth. He then claims the corner and launches long. Daniel Cleary being tended to by the physio.

64'

Substitution

Robbie McCourt replaces Keith Buckley for Bohemians.

62'

Some lovely control on his chest by Ross Tierney and he fires into the net from close range. Tidy finish from the young man as he nets his second goal in two games.

62'

GOAL!

Ross Tierney scores for Bohemians.

62'

Scrappy period of play here as the subs start to find their feet. Bohs getting a bit more of the play.

Sean Murray replaces Michael Duffy for Dundalk.

55'

Substitution

Scott Allardice replaces Keith Ward for Bohemians.

51'

Substitution

51'

51'

There's definitely a bit more about Bohs this half with Wright up top.

48'

TACTICS UPDATE!

Wright is gone up front on his own with Ryan Swan on the right wing.

46'

Substitution

Andre Wright replaces Kevin Devaney for Bohemians.

46'

Second Half

The second half between Dundalk and Bohemians has started.

45'

Clinical first half from Dundalk as Patrick Hoban scores his first hat trick of the season within the opening fifteen miniutes. Safe to safe this game is over at half time. Confidence is a huge thing. Bohs need to regain some for the second half and I would expect to see plenty of changes in the second 45.

45'

Half Time

It is half-time between Dundalk and Bohemians.

44'

Dancing feet from the Derry native to collect that loose ball and into space down the left. Great composure by the number 11 to roll the ball beyond Mick Kelly into the bottom corner.

43'

GOAL!

Patrick McEleney scores for Dundalk.

42'

Dominant defending from Boyle to clear with his head and McEleney directs operations from the middle. Gannon and Mountney then worked a good cross. Bohs scrambled clear.

38'

Daniel Cleary with an excellent interception to cover the rampaging Swan. I've never seen a rampaging Swan before.

35'

Dundalk looking much more fluid here tonight with McGrath and Duffy advanced of Hoban wihen the striker drops deep. John Mountney is much further infield than usual as Jamie McGrath slips out to the right to cover.

30'

Penalty shout here as Michaels Barker and Duffy tangle- the Bohs man wins out and the visitors escape. As much as you can escape when you're 3-0 down.

27'

That original 4-3-3 is now much closer to a 4-5-1 with Ryan Swan more isolated. Devaney having to track Gannon more and Ward caught up in midfield.

25'

Bohs starting to move the ball a ltlle more with Danny Mandroiu coming to the fore. Nothing of note but he's finding space in pockets of midfield.

23'

First real effort of note as Danny Mandroiu finds Barker and his header drifts wide. You'd think they need to score soon to make a real game of this once more.

15'

A fantastic header from the Loughrea forward as Hoban thumps the ball to the net following a delightful Daniel Cleary cross down the right. Cruising to the final.

14'

GOAL!

Patrick Hoban scores for Dundalk.

13'

We've seen very little from Bohs so far, bar a corner conceded by Chris Shields which Barker scuffed wide. Confidence is up for Dundalk and they're a different beast tonight.

10'

A Michael Duffy corner is met by Patrick Hoban and his effort skittles into the back of Kelly's net. Superb finish from the striker. Tough start for the visitors.

9'

GOAL!

Patrick Hoban scores for Dundalk.

9'

GOAL!

Patrick Hoban scores for Dundalk.

7'

Back to the Bohs midfield and it's composed of Mandriou, Tierney and Buckley. Devaney, Swan and Ward are the front trio. Swan the top man.

5'

A lovely ball to take out the midfield left Michael Duffy in space and his slide rule ball put Hoban through. The number 9 gave Kelly no chance on the netminder's debut.

4'

GOAL!

Patrick Hoban scores for Dundalk.

3'

Dundalk 4-2-3-1 with Gannon and Massey on the flanks, Hoare and Cleary in the centre of the defencce, Shields sitting in midfield with McGrath and McEleney supporting Pat Hoban. John Mountney on the right wing and Michael Duffy.

For Bohs it's a 4-3-3. Paddy Kirk at left back, Barry and Barker in the middle and Pender at right back.
