Bray are still a Premier Divison side while a brave brave brave Longford are once again consigned to the First Division for next season. That's it from me from the City Calling Stadium.
A long ball down the field falls for Josh O'Hanlon almost sets the youngester in but Dave Webster comes acrss to block the attacker.
An off the ball incident sees both team reduced to ten-men, this is a sad end for Longford.
Kevin O'Connor does well to close out a Longford Town attack.
Four minutes of additional time.
Corner to Longford, but Darren Quigley is imperious and comes out to gather.
Ryan Connolly splits the defence and Purdy races through but the flag goes up for offside as Longford go in search of a late late leveller.
Kevin O'Connor from 35 yards out fires a shot and sails in over Bennion's out stretched arms an amazing strike in an amazing game.
Bray have lost the lead in this tie three times over the course of the two games, you have to wonder if they can come back from this.
It's real end-to-end stuff here, and the nerves have really kicked-in. this is real value for money and this is why we love play-off games.
The home fans go ballistic here as Daniel Purdy hits a spectacular strike, one touch to take the ball out of his feet and boom a rocket past Quigley for his seventh and most important goal of the season.
The Seagulls have the wind beneath their wings, Noel Haverty does well as Kieran Marty Waters comes at him and had he rounded the defender he'd be one-on-one with Bennion but the defender clears the danger.
Ecstacy to agony for Longford Town as Josh O'Hanlon buries a shot but he was offside and the goal is ruled out.
Since Derek O'Brien has gone off Longford have lacked a lot of attacking options.
Jason Byrne hasn't done much, but his knock-on to Kieran Marty Waters is superb and his diagonal shot from the left is low past Chris Bennion. Advantage Bray.
Longford go 4-3-3- but Bray are handling it at the moment, they are struggling to create chances though.
Bit of a surprise that Derek O'Brien comes off, the best player for Longford by far, also Willie Tyrell hasn't played much in recent weeks, Tony Cousins going very attack minded.
Bray are struggling to contain a free flowing Longford at the moment, the seagulls need to compose themselves.
What a strike from Purdy to level matters here, Derek O'Brien again down the left wing and puts the ball into the box for Purdy to strike brilliantly.
You feel it's going to take something special from Longford to beat Quigley, they have had easy chances, hard chances but no goals yet.
Chris Bennion is Longford's man of the match, he denies Kevin O'Connor from three yards out, Akinade playes O'Connor in and from close range he's denied by the keeper the redound falls to Gary Dempsey and he puts it over.
Derek O'Brien down the left does great work beating the Bray full-back before squaring a ball across the face of goal and Daniel Purdy is just inches away from making contact at the far post. Longford Town proving that they are really a second-half team.
Longford's best chance of the game falls to Noel Haverty and from 10 yards he skews the ball off the outside of his right boot and it goes wide, early chance for the Town to go level. But a promising start.
A big 45 here for both teams gets underway.
Longford won't panic too much, they were 2-0 down at this stage on Monday night, but Bray are a lot more in control. Pat Devlin will be happy with his side's performance. Jason Byrne has had a few chances, but isn't as clinical as he was last week. David O;Sullivan is working well but he needs more supply, it's set up for an intereseting second-half.
Shane O'Connor plays in Kieran Marty Waters who races at the Longford defence and with a 3 on 2 situation the young winger has a go from distance and forces Bennion into a finger-tip save, but he had players on the overlap and may have had a better return if he passed the ball wide.
Gavin Doyle gets back to break up a dangerous counter and slide the ball back to his keeper.
Bit of a mix-up in the Longford defence sees Haverty hack the ball out for a corner after it comes back off one of his players but Gary Dempsey's delivery is cleared.
Tony Cousins will be dying to get his side in the dressing room, Longford seem to do better in the second-half, Pat Devlin will probably prefer if the half were about another 15 minutes long.
Both keepers are having a good night, Bennion is the more worked keeper though, little he could have done abotut the goal, but he has recovered well since to keep his side in the game, Quigley has done well as a keeper/sweeper.
A let off for Bray as Noel Haverty makes a mistake going back to goal and Kieran Marty Waters had stopped running, had he kept going he would have capitalised.
Some neat play from Akinade releases Byrne but his shot is deflected behind for a corner, Longford break quickly and a long ball for David O'Sullivan is hoofed clear by the outrushing Quigley.
The home support have started to find their voice again, but their side are threatening in spurts, nothing consistent while Bray are showing all the experience of the Premier Division side and dictating the tempo when they are in posession. Kevin O'Connor fires a shot into the ground and it bounces awkwardly for Bennion but he makes the save.
Glorious chance as David O'Sullivan tries to cross but the ball is blocked by Kieran Marty Waters and it deflects to Daniel Purdy who gets a ball in and Gary Shaw glances a header just wide at the far post.
Amazing save by Chris Bennion with his left foot from a long drive by Dave Webster and in the scramble Longford win a free out, they are giving themselves everything to do here.
It's quitened down a little here, Longford are coming more into the game as we speak, but Bray are looking dangerous everytime they go forward.
Dangerous for Longford as Jason Byrne flicks the ball past Keith Quinn and is brought down by the Town defender, right on the edge of the box, very smart by Byrne, he was never going to get to the ball. Gary Dempsey shots but the ball is deflected out for a Bray corner.
There's about 1,500 here and a decent travelling support also, a great atmosphere but that won't help Longford, they need a goal.
Darren Quigley very alert as Daniel Purdy is almost played through with an incisive pass but the keeper comes off his line to clear. Longford have settled a bit more, David O'Sullivan is seeing more of the ball.
Shane O'Connor misses with a free header from a Kieran Marty Waters corner, he was totally unmarked and put his shot wide, but Pat Devlin's side are well in control.
Bray are flying here, Dave Webster forces a save from Bennion, the ball looked destined for the bottom corner, the Seagulls have won back-to-back corners.
Longford almost counter, great tracking back from Webster as he puts David O'Sullivan under pressure, O'Sullivan was released by a great through ball from Daniel Purdy but the young striker just couldn't convert. End to end early on.
A free from Conor Earley hit into the Longford area comes back out and is chested down by Gary Dempsey and and he strikes from 25 yards out right past Chris Bennion.
Game on here in Longford.
Bray make one change from Monday night's game, Conor Earley comes in for the injured Dean Zambra.
The atmosphere is cranking up nicely in this winner take all game.
We previewed this game in the most recent Extratime.ie Sportscast, players from both teams made it on to our end of season honors list. Kieran Marty Waters was included in our team of the year while Longford's David O'Sullivan was named as our young player of the year, due in no small part to his three goals scored in Longford's play-off push for top flight football.
We are just under an hour away from the final game of the Airtricity 2013 league season, many feel Longford will have the momentum, they overturned a two goal deficit from the first-half in Bray last week to score twice and as it stands the tie is finely poised at 2-2, away goals don't count, which is lucky for Pat Devlin's side. Teams will be with you once we have them.
