FULL TIME!

It has finished 1-1 at Richmond Park. Graham Rusk's last gasp goal earned a point for Martin Russel's side. A draw was a fair result tonight.

94'

GOAL!

Graham Rusk has equalized for UCD on the stroke of full time. The visitors deserve it.

92'

Substitution

St Pats send on Daryl Kavanagh to replace Anto Murphy.

89'
Danny North should have wrapped it up for the home team there. Pat's number 9 was one on one with Ger Barron but shot over the top.

87'
UCD have a free kick on the edge of the Pats area. They waste it though. Danny Ledwith curls it well over the crossbar.

81'
UCD had another golden opportunity to score. Ciaran Nangle played a wonderful cross onto the head of sub Samir Belhout. Belhout's goalbound header was brillantly saved by Gary Rogers in the home goal.

77'

Substitution

Robbie Benson has replaced Dean Marshall for UCD. That is their final sub of the game.

76'

Substitution

David Mc Millan has replaced Ian Daly for St Pats.

75'

Yellow Card

Anthony Murphy has been booked for St Patricks Athletic.

74'
This game is still very much in the balance.

67'

Substitution

Martin Russell has made two changes for UCD. Samir Belhout and Danny Ledwith have come on for Mark Langtry and Paul Corry.

65'
The second half has been dissapointing so far. UCD have had the best chance through Dean Marshall. As I say that, Pats should have gone 2 up. Paul O' Conor headed the ball straight to Ian Daly. Daly was through on goal one on one but blazed over.

59'

Substitution

Paul Crowley has come on for Pats in place of captain Dave Mulcahy.

57'
UCD just had a wonderful chance. Paul O' Conor broke down the right. His perfect cross picked out Mark Langtry at the back post Langtry's precise header found Dean Marshall, who somehow miskicked in front of goal.

53'
UCD have had a couple of free kicks around the edge of the Pats area but have failed to take advantage. I can't remember a shot on target from Martin Russel's men yet.

47'
The second half is under way at Richmond Park. Will the hoe teams dominance continue?

46'

Second Half

The second half begins

45'

Half Time

St Pats lead at the break thanks to Anto Murphy's goal on 44 minutes.

44'

GOAL!

St Pats take the lead just before half-time. Danny North passed it to Ian Daly, who picked out Anthony Murphy. Murphy then had the easiest of tasks in finishing it from inside the 6 yards box. 1-0 to the hosts.

39'
Pats are dominant now. Ian Bermingham got the better of Ger Barron and crossed, the ball broke to Shane McFaul who shot just wide.

35'
Pats should have had a penalty. The ball broke to Derek Doyle in the box. His shot looked to have hit Paul O' Conor on the hand. The linesman raised his flag, but referee Paul Tuite ignored him, much to the disgust of the home players and fans.

34'

Yellow Card

Danny North has been booked for St Pats for dissent.

32'

Yellow Card

Brian Shorthall was booked for Pats.

31'
Darren Meenan got into a lovely position for UCD behind the home defence but managed to waste the cross.

26'
Danny North has been impressive up front for the home team so far. Ian Daly just shot wide for Pats.

20'
UCD have had plenty of possession but again haven't looked like scoring. Daniel North for Pats just had a shot blocked by David O' Connor.

18'
St Pats had the best chance yet. Evan McMillan headed over from 6 yards out.

15'
UCD had some possession there but didn't really look a threat in the final third.

11'
St Pats have had plenty of possession early on. Anthony Murphy went down in the box and tried to claim a penalty, but nothing was given.

7'
It has been an uneventful first 7 minutes at Richmond Park. However, UCD made a late change before kick-off. Mark Langtry replaced Stephen Doyle in the starting line-up.

GAME ON!

The game kicks off here in Richmond Park

St. Pat's are still without Conor Kenna, who is expected to be out for another 6 weeks. The home side have made 4 changes to the side which lost to Sligo last Saturday night. UCD have made 2 changes to the the team which lost 0-2 at home to Bohs last Friday night.

0'
Both St Pat's and UCD are on the pitch now going through some pre-match routines.

Speaking of old friends, The Roller went to see Beady Eye play in the Olympia in Dublin last night. The Roller has been to a lot of concerts. He has seen a lot of strange things thrown on stage. However last night someone threw a set of keys on stage. Why would someone do that? That's my thought for today. Back to the football now. As soon as we get team news from Richmond Park, we will give it you on Extratime.ie. As my old friend Rafa used to say. FACT.

Despite UCD's poor start, manager Martin Russell is trying to remain positive "We are looking for a better performance than against Bohemians, and with such a great atmosphere in Richmond Park there is no better game to bounce back in" stated the Students boss.

0'
UCD have made a dreadful start to the season. The Roller has seen them play twice already, against Bray and Bohemians, and in both games they rarely looked like scoring. They currently lie second from bottom in the Premier League.

0'
Pat's manager Pete Mahon is ready to make changes if neccessary to improve his side's form. "We are tweaking things to ensure we get the right blend and I will make changes if we need to" admitted Mahon.

0'
The home side have made an inconsistent start to the season, with 2 wins, 1 draw and 3 defeats from their first 6 games of the season.
