Former Bray Wanderers keeper Evan Moran joins FC United of Manchester

Former Bray Wanderers keeper Evan Moran has joined English non-league outfit FC United of Manchester.

The 22-year-old was previously with West Bromwich Albion's youth academy, and he then signed for Cabinteely in July 2015.

Evan then left Cabinteely before the end of August to sign for a college team called Akron Zips. However, he was back in Ireland for the pre-season of 2016.

He played on trial for Drogheda United in January before appearing for Bray Wanderers in their friendly against Shelbourne in February.

He then appeared for Athlone Town later in the month and later signed for the Midlands club.

Evan went on to make nine league appearances for Athlone Town before leaving the club in June 2016.

In February 2018, Evan signed for Bray Wanderers two days from the start of the new season. Evan made 19 appearances for Bray Wanderers as the club were relegated.

In January 2019, Evan signed with Dungannon Swift before joining FC United of Manchester on Friday.
