Republic of Ireland women’s international Keeva Keenan has signed a professional contract with Scottish giants Celtic.
The Irish international has earned two caps for Vera Pauw’s Girls in Green, as they look to secure qualification for their first ever major championship.
The full-back has also been earning rave reviews in Scotland with Glasgow Celtic, having been named as the club’s 2019 player of the year.
Since making her breakthrough with Celtic, she has since gone on to score twice for the club, with her first strike nestling into the back of the net from 45 yards out.
The full-back has signed a professional deal with the club along with the quartet of Chloe Logan, Chloe Craig, Natalie Ross and Sarah Ewens.
News of the quintet’s contact extensions comes as the Glasgow giants have set forward plans for a professional structure at the club.
