Doona returns for another season at Richmond Park

James Doona has re-signed with St. Patrick's Athletic ahead of the 2020 campaign. During his two years at Richmond Park to date he has scored 5 goals in 35 appearances for the Saints.

“It feels good to be back,” said Doona speaking to his club’s media team. “I have loads to prove this year. I felt when Stephen O’Donnell came in on last year I kicked on a little bit. Hopefully I can get a good run of games (this season).”

It was a busy day in Inchicore as St. Pats also confirmed the arrival of Billy King from Greenock Morton and Dan Ward from non-league Spennymoor Town - the later signing as reported by extratime.ie last month (see here).
