RTÉ have confirmed that Tuesday evening’s international friendly between the Republic of Ireland and Italy will be broadcast live on the station’s web player.

Colin Bell’s side face off against the Italians, who were beaten on penalties by North Korea in last month’s Cyprus Cup final, at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia at 5.30pm Irish time.

It’s a busy day for Irish national teams as Dave Connell’s under-19s face defending champions Spain in a winner-takes-all European Championships qualifier in Santiago de Compostela at the same time.

Commentary will come from Adrian Eames and coverage will kick off shortly before kick-off.
