John Ryan added to his attack force by signing Coill Dubh AFC striker Trevor Bowers n July 10th 2006.
Trevor had hit the limelight by gaining two amateur International caps with Gerry Smiths Irish side against Northern Ireland and San Marino.
The Kilmeague native netted 25 goals for Coill Dubh in league and cup competitions in the 2005/06 season and was also an integral part of the Kildare League’s good run in the Oscar Traynor where he netted four goals in five competitive games.
Trevor started his schoolboy football with Allen United and played junior for Eleson United and Robertstown before joining Coill Dubh in 2002.
