About Tony McDonnell

Tony has achieved every student's dream in his time at College - only Ciarn Kavanagh has played more games for the UCD. Our very own Captain Fantastic played his role in the 2004 season, scoring six goals from centre-mid to lift him to eighth in our all-time goalscorers chart. UCD's top scorer in 2000/01 with seven goals, tied with Derek Swan (a first cousin), Ciarn Martyn and Kevin Grogan Tony retired in 2008.
