Stephen Grant - Unassigned
About Stephen Grant
Stephen Grant is a Waterford United midfielder who returned to the RSC to add to Stephen Hendersons promotion push.
Originally signed from Waterford Bohs, Stephen played with the Blues for three seasons between 2004 and 2006, and he adds hugely to Stephen Henderson’s options in both attack and defence.
Stephen has great energy and mobility, great tackler and loves to get forward in support of the attack.
In September 2004 he scored one of the quickest ever goals at the Brandywell, in the first minute of the Derry City v Waterford United match, only to have it chalked off as the tie was abandoned due to floodlight failure after 19 minutes.
He spent a season at Kilkenny City in 2007, before joining Tramore AFC for the 2008/09 season, helping them to take the Junior League Premier title in May.
Stephen was also called into Don Givens's U-21 squad for the Madeira tournament in February, he played 2 games and scored 1 goal.
