Anthony Flood - St. Patrick's Ath
About Anthony Flood
Known as 'Bisto', Anthony started his LoI career when he signed for St. Patrick's Athletic at the start of the 2005 season. He spent most of that year on loan at Athlone Town where he scored seven goals in 14 league appearances. He returned to the Saints at the start of 2006, but went out on loan once more in July, this time to Shamrock Rovers. Anto scored three times for the Hoops in 9 league appearances in the second half of the '06 season.
In December 2006 Anto signed for John Gill at Dundalk. He started the 2007 season at Oriel Park but was released by the club in May for a breach of club discipline and then signed for Shelbourne in July 2007.
He remained at Shelbourne for 2008 and 2009 but was released at the end of '09 having scored 38 goals in 83 appearances.
In March 2010 he traveled west to sign for Sean Connor at Galway United and made 16 league appearances at Terryland Park, scoring seven goals. But in July of that year he moved abroad, signing for Norwegian side Örebro SK.
Anto returned to Ireland in February 2011 and joined Pat Fenlon's Bohemians, making 33 league appearances and scoring 8 league goals that season. But he spent just one season at Dalymount Park and in January 2012 Anto moved to England where he joined Southend United.
Six months later, at the end of the 2011/12 season, Anto returned to Ireland, signing for Liam Buckley at St Patrick's Athletic in July 2012.
