About Darren O'Dea
Darren is an Irish midfielder who plays for Leeds United (on loan from Celtic) in the English Championship.
He came through the ranks at Dublin schoolboy club Home Farm before joining Celtic's youth academy in 2005. He made his first team debut in a League Cup tie against St Mirren in September 2006, going on to make 49 league appearances for the club.
Darren has had loan spells at Reading, Ipswich Town and Leeds United, where he played in 2011/12 making 35 league appearances. However, he will not be signing a permanent deal for Neil Warnock's side.
Darren made his senior international debut in a friendly against South Africa in September 2009.
