About Dave Goldbey
Began his career at Mervue before moving on to Galway United. Famously scored the goal that relegated Connacht rivals Sligo Rovers in 2003. Also had a spell at Limerick 37, before returning to Mervue to help guide them to play-off glory over Kildare County in 2008. Dave Goldbey is a dynamic footballer with an eye for goal, who can also play on the right of midfield.
