Philip’s Biography
Philip was on the books at St Patrick's Ath in 2005 but went on loan to KiIlkenny City in July where he played for the remainder of the '05 season under manager Pat Scully. In January 2006 Philip left St Pats, signing for Pat Scully who had just taken over the reins at Shamrock Rovers. He spent two seasons with the Hoops before moving on in December 2007 when he joined Monaghan United.
Philip encountered Monaghan United again in JUne 2009 when he was a member of the Cherry Orchard side that took the Mons to a replay in the third round of the FAI Cup. He was also a part of the Dublin Bus team that reached the 3rd round of the 2010 FAI Cup where they lost 2-0 'at home' to Shelbourne. In 2012 Philip was back in Cherry Orchard colours when they dumped Longford Town out of the FAI Cup.
