Ciaran’s Biography
Ciaran started out with UCD in 1997 and spent five years with the Students, making 130 league appearances over that period. In 2002 he moved to Derry City where he played, apart from a brief loan period at Norwegian side Fredrikstad in 2007, until the end of 2009.
Derry City were expelled from the league at the end of '09 following financial collapse and a double-contract scandal, and Ciaran left the club to sign for Irish League side Glentoran with UCD and Derry City before signing for Irish League side Glentoran on 19 January 2010.
Martyn signed for Glenavon in October 2012.
