David’s Biography

David began his career at Shelbourne at the start of the 2002/03 season and spent three years with the club's youth and U21 sides. In 2005 he was loaned to Bray Wanderers, an arrangement that was extended through the 2006 season. He made 40 appearances for the Seagulls before signing permanently at the start of 2007.

David made a further 8 appearances for Bray in 2007 before signing for Shamrock Rovers at the start of July, scoring on his debut for the Hoops in a 3-0 win over Longford Town on July 6th. He went on to make 12 appearances for Rovers that season and added 4 more in the first half of 2008, but on July 4th he went to Finn Harps on loan.

He made 11 appearances in his loan spell at Harps but was released by Shamrock Rovers at the end of the 2008 season. In April of 2009 David signed for Athlone Town where he made 16 league and cup appearances over the season, before returning to Bray Wanderers at the start of 2010.

David made 9 league appearances for the Seagulls in 2010. He also took part in the club's pre-season friendlies in 2011, but played no part in Bray's subsequent league campaign. David spent some time at LSL side Leixlip United but in January 2014 he signed for fellow LSL team Cherry Orchard,
