Kevin’s Biography
Kevin played underage football with local Athlone sides Willow Park and St Francis before joining the youth set up at Athlone Town. He made his debut for the first team under manager Brendan Place in 2009 when Athlone lost 2-0 to Shelbourne on 24 April, becoming the youngest player ever to represent the club at just sixteen years of age.
He made 10 league appearances in his debut year but failed to make the first team in 2010, only returning to first team action in 2011 under new manager Mike Kerley when he added a further 6 league appearances to his tally.
Kevin did not re-sign for Athlone in 21012.
