Roland’s Biography
Roland developed at Dublin schoolboys side St Joseph's Boys before joining Southampton's youth academy in the Summer of 2018. He spent two years on the south coast and then moved on to Cardiff City in 2020.
After a year with Cardiff Roland was released and returned to Ireland where he signed for Keith Long at Bohemians in August 2021. Having finished the 2021 season with Bohs, Roland joined Waterford United in January 2022.
