Nicholas’s Biography
Nick is a goalkeeper who played youth football with Ipswich Town before signing for non-league side Bury Town in 2008. Three years later he signed for Charlton Athletic and in five years at the London club he went out on loan eight times.
In 2016 he was signed by Premier League side Burnley where he played for six years before moving to Newcastle United in June 2022.
Nick made his England debut on June 7th 2018 in a 2-0 friendly win over Costa Rica. He was selected in the England Squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia but missed out on Gareth Southgate's Euro 2020 squad due to injury. He returned to Southgate's England squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
