Jack’s Biography

Jack played in St James Gate's double winning side of 1921/22, the first ever season of League of Ireland football and scored in the club's first league fixture, a 5-1 win over Dublin United on 17 September 1921.

Apart from winning the League and FAI Cup double, the Gate also lifted the Leinster Senior Cup in that inaugural season while Jack was named the League's top-scorer with 11 goals.
