Daryl’s Biography
Daryl is a striker who played underage football for Ardagh United in his native Longford and for Dublin side Stella Maris. In July 2012 he crossed the water to play for Derby County before returning home on a break at the end of 2013. He played for Finn Harps during their pre-season campaign ahead of the 2014 season as well as turning out for his hometown club Longford Town during their 2014 pre-season.
Daryl settled in to Longford Town's U19 side in 2014 and in January 2015 he graduated to Tony Cousins' newly promoted first team squad. However, he left the senior team and returned to the u19 squad for the 2015 short season. In January 2016, Daryl joined local rivals Athlone Town and went on to appear on the bench several times before leaving the club in June 2016.
