Darren’s Biography
Darren Clarke played for the Shelbourne U19s in 2012/2013 but he was allowed leave Shelbourne at the end of that season. He signed for Cabinteely FC for 2015 in the First Division but made just 5 league appearances. He added a further 2 league appearances in 2016 season before joining Collinstown FC in August 2016.
In January 2017 Darren was back at Shelbourne where he took part in the club's pre-season programme of matches. But he didn't sign for the Reds, instead joining Shamrock Rovers later that year. His spell with the Hoops was short and he left the club at the end of the 2017 season.
In January 2018 Darren joined Leinster Senior League side Collinstown where he played for until the Summer of 2021 when he signed for Crumlin United. After one season with them he returned to the LOI when he joined Longford Town in July 2022. At the end of the 2022 season he was on the move again, leaving Longford to sign for John Caulfield at Galway United.
